This vegetable dish is bound to end up a most loved on vacations (or whenever of year). Stuffed with vitamins and minerals, it's overflowing with flavor and shading.
Fixings
1 head cauliflower (around 1 pound), in florets
3 huge beets, peeled and cut into pieces
¼ container balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ container new, slashed dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Bearings
Place vegetables in earth roaster or glass preparing dish covered with vegetable oil shower.
Whisk together rest of fixings in little bowl; pour over vegetables. Hurl to coat.
Cover firmly; prepare at 350ºF for 30 minutes, or until the point that vegetables are delicate, mixing and treating once following 15 minutes.
